Owner Nina Dickhausen founded NLD Engineering in 2019 after recognizing the need for a woman-owned business to serve the bridge inspection industry.
Nina's experience working on State and Federal bridge inspection contracts for a variety of engineering consulting firms has given her a well-rounded understanding of different agencies’ needs and requirements.
Nina has inspected over 3,000 bridges in 23 states and she is fully equipped to provide services as a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, Tunnel Inspection Team Leader, and Load Rating Engineer, and provide associated engineering services such as project management, Microstation needs, report / document review, QA/QC services / management.
